Short version: free shipping in the netherlands, 14 days to change your mind, and nothing here removes a right that Dutch or EU consumer law gives you.
Who you're buying from
Stranger Society, registered in the Netherlands. Every order is a distance contract under Dutch and EU consumer law, and nothing on this page takes away a right that law gives you.
Prices
All prices include 21% VAT and are in euros. Orders shipped outside the EU may be charged import duties on arrival, and those are for the buyer.
Payment
We accept iDEAL, Klarna, Apple Pay, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard. Klarna's own terms apply to instalment payments. Your order is confirmed once payment clears.
Delivery
Free shipping in the Netherlands, and on every order over €100 wherever you are. Ordered before 17:00 on a working day, shipped the same day. The Netherlands next day, the rest of Europe in 2-4 working days. Delivery times are an estimate, not a guarantee. A carrier having a bad week is not grounds for cancellation once the parcel is moving.
Stock
Drops are limited and pieces sell out. If something is oversold we cancel that line and refund it within five working days.
Returns
14 days to change your mind. Send it back unworn with the tags on and we refund the product. Sealed boxes excluded.
Complaints
Mail info@strangersociety.com. We answer within five working days. If we can't work it out, you can take it to the European ODR platform.
