14 days to change your mind. Send it back unworn with the tags on and we refund the product. Sealed boxes excluded.
The window
You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you want to return it, and 10 days after that to get the parcel back to us. Let us know at info@strangersociety.com before you ship anything.
The condition
Unworn, unwashed, in its original condition with every tag still attached. Anything that comes back smelling of a night out, or with a tag cut off, goes back to you.
The cost
Return postage is yours. Original shipping costs are not refunded. Pack it properly, because damage in transit is on the sender.
The refund
Processed within 30 days of us receiving the parcel, back to the payment method you used. Klarna orders are settled through Klarna.
Sale and discount codes
Items bought on sale or with a discount code can be exchanged for a gift coupon, not refunded. Sealed boxes are final. That is the whole point of them.
